Where is my rating history stored?
Your rating history is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to the cloud. Uninstalling the app will delete all records.
Does AI save the photos I upload?
No. Photos are only temporarily transmitted during AI analysis and are not retained on our servers afterwards.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find OOTD Diary to manage or cancel your subscription.
What languages are supported?
Simplified Chinese and English are currently supported. More languages will be added in future updates.
What iOS version is required?
iOS 16.0 or later is required.
How do I report a bug?
Please email support@erzuo.com with your iOS version number and a description of the issue. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
