These Terms of Service apply to all iOS apps developed by erzuo studio, including but not limited to OOTD Diary. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

1. Description of Service

erzuo provides AI-powered outfit analysis, diary logging, and other personal lifestyle apps. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time, with prior notice where possible.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app in a lawful and appropriate manner, and you commit to:

–Not uploading illegal, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful content
–Not attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the normal operation of the app
–Not using automated tools or scripts to abuse the service
–Being responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including but not limited to text, icons, interface design, and code, is the intellectual property of erzuo studio and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms of service. Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be cancelled at any time in your App Store account settings.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, for any particular purpose. AI-generated outfit suggestions are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. erzuo is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms:

–OpenAI API — AI analysis capabilities
–RevenueCat — Subscription management
–Apple App Store — App distribution and payments

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or release notes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, both parties should attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
